The Tektronix 314 is a portable, dual-trace, 10 MHz storage oscilloscope with a bandwidth from DC to 10 MHz. Key specifications include a vertical range of 1 mV/Div to 10 V/Div and a horizontal sweep from 5 s/Div to 1 µs/Div, expandable with a 10X magnifier to 0.1 µs/Div. It features bistable storage with an enhanced mode for faster writing speeds and can operate on AC line power, +12 VDC, or +24 VDC.
