The best thing we can do, for the time being, is to show THEM that mistake still can be undone. So, do not use ANY words of threats, bad language and behave yourselves.
THEY are trying to provoke us to threaten them so that the current NATO action would be justified.

These are the premises You must obey if You would like to help:
1. Yugoslavia is a sovereign country and has the right to defend itself.

2. Yugoslavia DID NOT attack anybody.

3. UN council DID NOT pass any resolution giving way for this military
operation.

4. Yugoslavia is so small (100,000 square kilometers) and yet the WHOLE
NATO is currently bombing it's citizens.

5. More than 450 military airplanes, 2 cruisers, 5 submarines, 20.000
soldiers and unnumbered tanks and other armored vehicles are against 20.000
brave hearted soldiers with less than 50 aircraft's.

6. Yugoslavia has suffered for more than 8 years under economical embargo
and our GDP is the lowest in Europe. Putting in plane words - WE ARE POOR.

7. No US, English, France or German interests aren't at stake. SO WHY?

8. Mr. Miloshevich is just a president of Yugoslavia and even he can NOT
sell out Kosovo. If NATO is against Miloshevich, why bombing all the other
10 mils. ?

9. NATO is claiming no civil victims, but schools, hospitals and other
purely civilian objects are destroyed. Who will build them again? Who will
pay for the damage?

10. Albright, Clinton, Blair, Solana and all the others involved ARE WAR
CRIMINALS. THEY SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE!

11. We do not hold any friendly civilian as our enemy, but asking to stop
the worst killing ever in this century! If we fall the whole planet will
follow.

12. The pictures shown on TV containing lies about "humanitarian
catastrophe" (EuroNews, CNN, SKY) are with snow in the background and yet
there is no snow right now in Kosovo.

13. All the so called "refugees" from Kosovo are well fed, well dressed and
with a smile on their faces. Judge for yourself.

14. Although so called "Kosovo Liberation Army" is classified like
terrorist organization, the UN officials fail to condemned their killings
of innocent civilians throughout of Kosovo.

15. Although the "wave of refugees" is going to Macedonia and Albania, US administration is increasing the number of Albanians living in Kosovo. At first THEY claimed 500.000, than last year was 1 million and today 29. March 1999 is somewhere around 2 millions. If THEY continue to increase
this number, very soon Kosovo will have more Albanians than Albania. According to US officials the Serbs are inventing New Genocide - the more refugees and dead Albanians - the more Albanians waiting in Kosovo for NATO. Or is it a lie?

16. More than 450.000 Serbs are moved from Croatia to Serbia and forced to leave all they have behind. How many bombs THEY have sent to Croatia?

17. Currently in Serbia lives more than 1 million of refugees from former
Yugoslavia and no one is saying anything. The Serbs are not humans so there
is no "catastrophe"?

18. During the WWII more than 700 US pilots have seek and found shelter in Serbia and today their ancestors are bombing the very same Serbia. Did the Serbs deserved to be killed from the people they have helped to survive?

19. The final question is what THEY will do next, once when we are dead? Look at our children and have in mind NATO strategy "step by step". Today is Yugoslavia, but tomorrow it could be Your country.

20. "In signo vinces est" - Hidden in name is the solution to problem. "Kosovo and Metohija" is in the old Greek language "the land that belongs to a holly church". The Serbs are just keeping their holly land and souls from eternal evil. "Kosovo and Metohija" shelters more than 600 churches and monasteries left as a reminder for the future generations to keep.

Since US is holding the bloody flagship, there YOU the friends must act. Call them and tell them that our children are wounded, that our hospitals  are in flames and that we did not had decent sleep for more than 5 days.Our children are not going to schools. They are afraid to play outside. All the sick people are dismissed from hospitals to make more space for wounded. They ARE DYING in front of our eyes.
All the people with weak hearts are dropping dead like flies. There are no gas, no drugs, no milk, no electricity!!!

Tell THEM that THEY have the choice to bomb or not to bomb, but we The Serbs have only one choice - to defend and survive.

STRUCTURE YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESSES LIKE MAILDROPS - THEY ARE LISTENING

• The first privacy principle is never give out your home address. Ever. (And better yet, rent your home in another name and don't even put a name on the front door).

• The second privacy principle: use maildrops. Chain them together, so one forwards to another one which then forwards all your mail
  once a week to a local PO Box near your home. In Cyberspace, time delays are minimal. The 'once a week' becomes more like once an hour.

• The third privacy principle: use more than one maildrop. One PT of our acquaintance has three, in three different countries. He uses one for his business. If his business ever goes under, he can always walk away from it all. The mail drop will close his account but he can still continue to receive all his other mail because that goes not to his business maildrop but to two other forwarding services: one that receives only bank statements; another for all his personal mail. The advantages here are obvious.

• If his bank account is ever investigated and his mail seized, the enemy will learn NOTHING of our hero business affairs nor of his personal affairs. They will draw a
  blank, so to speak. It works the other way, too. If his personal life ever comes under official scrutiny, seizing his mail will tell investigators nothing about where this PT's money is or how he makes it because both the bank accounts and the business ventures are split into different maildrops.

• Organize your life in watertight little boxes, each with "Firewalls" between them. That way, you can sleep soundly every night. If you want to  expand on this, set up a different mail drop for each of your business. Then set up a different mail drop for each of your bank accounts - or at least for each name in which you keep money. Then give out only one address to each different group of third parties you deal with. This is the way you should operate your mail drops and this is  the only serious way you should operate on the Internet, too. Only idiots give the same email address to everyone.

Some email addresses are more precious than others and you can always create more maildrops.

What's more, the electronic forwarders are free on the Internet.

You will never be charged, at least not in the near future.
