In Chiang Mai there is an important "acupuncture point" from the energy grid of the body from Mother Earth - at the last foothills of the Himalayan, at Doi Suthep here is also a famous Temple. I've been told, that it is very important to re-energize this point so the energy can flow here again and this will have it's influence in the South Eastern part of Asia. I have been involved with the 33rd Vegetarian World Congress last January that was held in Chiang Mai and learned about congress organization, so I had the vision of another congress, but a more effective one that brings the people to Chiang Mai who will be able to do the energetic work to re-energize this power point in the energy grid.

We will have two meditations for the energy shift: one during the international light workers summit (Light Link 2000) on Saturday Feb 12th sundown, and a big Full Moon meditation on Feb 19th at 22.00 Thai time (18.00 GMT). On February 14th (and every other day you can), make a personal commitment to start with number ONE (you know, the one in the mirror) to choose LOVE in every moment throughout the day. In every interaction during your day, commit to making the loving choice. Try these:

If you are tempted to criticize, choose praise.
If you are tempted to fear, choose faith.
If you are tempted to get angry or blame, choose forgiveness.
If you are tempted to get violent, choose peace.
If you are tempted to condemn, choose to create.
If you are tempted to hate, choose LOVE.

Valentine's Day is the perfect opportunity for us to take the traditional celebration of romantic love to a higher level by loving EVERYONE, including ourselves and our so-called enemies.

So, participate if you want the concentrated inflow of LOVE in your life that occurs when you commit to spreading it around. Spread the word. Contact your community leaders and ask them to sign on. Call radio, and TV stations, newspapers and talk shows and ask them to give equal time to LOVE (or even a slice of time) that is given to fear, hate, violence and negativity. We can and we will transform this planet into a place of peace and love, ONE LOVE, one life at a time. Join us in declaring February 14th, the First Annual International One Love Day.

The Equinox represents a time of balance as the Sun is directly over the equator. Long observed as important times to harmonise with the energies of the Solar cycle, the Equinoxes and Solstices are now recognised as important times to link up in meditation for the upliftment of our world.

On the March Equinox, the Sun in Aries will assist us to rekindle our energy for the next twelve months and to re-focus our will. This is therefore a good time to set our intentions clearly and to dedicate our will to the highest good of all. The ruler of Aries, and therefore of the March Equinox, is Mars, which will be in its home sign of Aries at this time, emphasising the theme of energy and will. The Sun will be opposite the Full Moon in Libra, the sign of relationships, reminding us to consider the higher needs of others, and to hold the spiritual awareness that enables us to heal the split between 'self' and 'other'. The Full Moon actually forms the apex of a 'Finger of God' alignment-pattern involving Mercury in Pisces and Mars in Aries. The message of this Finger of God is for us to align our will (Mars in Aries) to Spirit through an expanded state of consciousness (Mercury in Pisces), so that our relationships with each other and the Earth are based on love (Moon in Libra). With the Aries Sun at the activation point of this Finger of God, healing the split between 'self' and 'other' is the key message.

There are now core groups who gather at sacred sites around the world to meditate on the Solstices and Equinoxes. In the UK we will gather at Avebury Stone Circle at 5.30am for a meditation and ceremony that will mark Sunrise at 6.15am and lead up to the exact time of the Equinox at 7.35am. For the Solar Zenith we will meet at Silbury Hill at 11.30am for a meditation that will climax at 12 noon. Finally, we will gather in West Kennet Long Barrow at 5.30pm for a meditation and sacred sound ceremony to mark Sunset at 6.15pm. All are welcome. Please bring poems, symbolic objects, musical instruments, songs, and your inner child!

The focus for our Marine Meditation celebrations in the year 2000 is PEACE. On this occasion we are asked to work with a special crystal, the blue lace agate. This crystal will help us connect to the true meaning of peace, and through that knowledge bring peace into our day to day lives. As we live peace in our lives, we create peace in the world.

The March Equinox is nature's moment of 'global equipoise', and is observed as the beginning of a new year in ancient China, England, Persia, Egypt, North and South America. At the moment of Equinox the Sun is setting at the South Pole and rising at the North Pole. On the equator at noon you will cast no shadow.

The Light Anchor Project is a group of light workers who unite in focus and energy to do weekly energy work with the planetary gridwork. Each Thursday night from 8pm to 9 pm we focus on:

1. Sending unconditional love to the planet.
2. Sending unconditional love, and energy to build connections with other light anchors around the planet.
3. Focusing on the energy of ascension, and allowing that energy to be sent through us, as light anchors, to the planet and the gridwork system.

On the Full Moon of July 1998, a group of 22 people gathered in Green Park in London for the first time to anchor positive energy into the Earth through the major leyline system that Green Park is linked in to. The vision behind this was born two months earlier, and is now being carried into other areas to hold the light for an awakening Humanity. Two such groups are now up and running.

The London group meets at 6.45pm in Green Park, at the Queens Walk gate near Green Park tube station, and then gathers for the meditation at about 7.00pm in the circle of thirteen trees, which is situated on the main north-south axis of London's Earthstars network. The West Midlands group gathers at various sites in the West Midlands, and the time may vary. The Full Moon groups are non-denominational and subscribe to no fixed set of beliefs or way of working. They value the diversity that individuality brings, and by doing so they create a safe space for all. People are free to come along and share their own ideas, insights, and ways of working. In 2000 the groups will gather on January 20, February 19, March 19, April 18, May 17, June 16, July 16, August 14, September 13, October 13, November 11, and December 11.

Why not set up a group for your area? People across the world already meditate at Full Moons, but the idea of these gatherings is to be physically present with others, perhaps outside at a local power point or place of beauty. Being outside means that we tend to be visible to the general public, which may help to raise awareness, to trigger something deep down in people. But indoors works too. If you like the idea of such a gathering, but don't know how to get started, feel free to contact us for help.
