During the radio/Internet broadcast on March 19, 2000, Kirael confirmed that there was some kind of sound testing done off of the coast of South Point, Hawaii on March 18, 2000. Kirael also made reference to the crystal pyramid off of the coast of South Point and went on to share that an ensign in the Navy who was involved in the sound testing was also the recipient of a download from a whale called Orias. Orias has been on the earth plane for almost five thousand years, and is the one that is going to make the difference over here. So the plan has begun. Instead of turning the dial to increase the strength of the sound testing, the ensign at the control panel only turned the dial about 1/3 of the way. Kirael reported that there is now an ensign in the Navy who is ready to talk. He is gathering the last bits of courage and preparing to tell the people of the world of the sound testing.
