My First (Alien) Messages I receive on my computer screen in 2000 year.

Images are make in color film and developed and print on color print paper and scanned, in time of receiving this message in my computer screen.

Text on image is in form of picture and my language writing did not correspond what images represent in in time of receiving.

I did not change anything, this was before 15 years from 2015 year.

Many years I am trying to find a peace of technology how they do it in real time and make this picture as small images-messages on the inside glass cathode tube as computer screen, and this unusual picture are over the mouse pointer (I move mouse below those images)  which is on phosphor surface inside cathode tube. It was on right side of monitor mouse pointer is below small square images pictures?

Mouse pointer is always visible above objects on the computer monitor glass screen not below computer monitor glass screen on the screen. HOW?

In this time I use Windows 98 operating system or Windows 2000, I can not remember.

Drawing is done from monitor screen. When moving mouse pointer on the screen, background windows screen picture is below mouse pointer and this unusual picture are over the mouse pointer (I move mouse below those images)  which is on phosphor surface inside cathode tube. It was on right side of monitor mouse pointer is below small square images pictures?
